Sabazius is a doom/sludge band from the UK whose existence came to my attention the last few days and I have to say that they grabed my interest for good.
Their music is totaly noteworthy and I realy can't recomend this band enough. Another thing that adds points in their favour is that they offer their work for free downloading so it is available for everyone that has the patience required these days to give a chance to the realy long compositions they offer.
Those that will give them a chance, are going to have a rewarding experience.

Lytrosis

The last time I played my guitar was sometime in 1998 during the recording of my (then) band's last demo. Ever since the guitar was lying dormant (as was my apetite for creating music) in it's case.
That was until the past week. I don't know what will come out of this but I know that it is now lying on the floor in my office/recording studio and my will to start creating grows stronger everyday.

One more bedroom black metal one man band? I hope not. Not just one more.

The week of easter is a total nightmare for the thinking man, in this orthodox shithole I'm living in. Worst wishes to all of them. Spiritualy dead, awaiting for the natural death. Hope it comes soon. Fuck you.

Now the focus is on the "normal majority". Anyone that is different, not following the stream and surpasses the lower common denominator, is branded as strange and weird.

Ah, the small pleasures in life. The last days of relaxing before the everyday job frenzy takes control for the coming months. Having the opportunity to travel and listen to plenty of music. Having the luxury to feel that words can be a total waste of time.
